It happens more times than you might think. I found 68 such games since 1990 and over the last 5 years, there have been 12 such games. In either case, neither home nor road team has any type of advantage either SU or ATS.
The most recent game occurred just 2 weeks ago. Seattle played the NY Giants on 10/5/08.
Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans will do it this Sunday.
