Blue - Leaning   Leans   Nationals RL  -140 - Don't ever like Harrang coming off a win.. especially one as big over the Giants. Mock on the other hand was really effective his last outing and look for these Nationals to be the best spoiler team to watch in baseball.   Rockies  ML +145 - Florida been very streak of late. If Hammel can get to Johnson for one or two runs within the first 2-3 innings.. i see the Marlins having trouble coming from behind.   Tigers  ML  -125  - Love this spot for Washburn to pick up his first true W as a tiger. Going up against the Royals young phenom who has struggled for most of the second half.. I see the tigers exploding offensively being welcomed back home after a very shaky series in Fenway. Im even going to predict the score. 6-1 Tigers.   SF Giants  ML -115 - Parnell has actually really done well for me this year coming out of the mets Bullpen. Blue - Leaning   Leans     Orioles   RL    +130 Pulling the trigger on the Orioles here, Berken isn't as horrible as his record shows.   Tbay  -115 Rays need this game to keep up in that Wild Card hunt.. and this being a very up & down trip I see them settling right down.   Rangers -115 Tommy Hunter has been a quiet stud this year.. and I always love to go against Carmona, for whatever reason it hasn't hurt me yet   Brewers -140  Like this spot for the Brewcrew after getting completely hammered yesterday. look for Correia to be hit HARD

Tuesday August 11th, 2009   Notes : Avoiding any type of chasing.. especially with PIGSKIN season coming.   Monday 4-0 Straight Up's 0-1 Parlays (+$359)   POD YTD : 2-2 POD =      Red - Confident
Blue - Leaning   Leans   Rockies  -200 Only reason I see myself not pulling the trigger here is that the Pirates pitcher has been good his last three starts and you don't know what you'll get outta the rook.   Mets   +1.5  -110 very strange how Livan is -110 on the backwards runline.. he did pitch terribly against the padres but like many vetrans they tend not to let the game previous effect their next start.   Cubs/Phillies    Ov  7.5 I see a 5-3 / 6-3 final here with both pitchers losing command at times and getting into very high traffic situations on the base paths.   Braves  -1.5   +105  Huge fan of Tommy Hanson.. but that isn't why im taking the Braves, im taking the braves knowing that the lineup came off a huge series in LA where they were quite dominant and probably should have swept. Now coming home and seeing A hot nationals team will not allow this team to have a "let down". Hanson also goes 7 strong with 1 ER.   Rays -140 Ervin Santana has been IFFY at best this year and the Rays are hitting the ball quite well & I don't see Santana going deep. Blue - Leaning   Leans   CWS  -130  - White sox should come out swinging after a let down to finish off the tribe.   Reds +145 - Lohse at -165 sounds a little to fishy for me.. granted the cards are playing good ball, I hope the reds continue their streak against winning teams.   Tigers -110 - Edwin Jackson Vs Brad Penny is my reasoning. Will be a tight one.. hopefully the sox pen is as dependable for me as they were against the pin stripes :)   Athletics  +145  - Love the value against Guthrie.

12-22 Record when betting on them.

Not that anyone on covers would know why this team does in fact lick bag.

I know key acquisitions like Wade Redden wasn't suppose to put them over the top by any stretch.. but with a top tier goalie.. players with talent such as :

and even a guy like prucha who is a 20 goal man..

This team is actually unbelievable, in Canada we have an idiot named pierre mcguire who is our hockey insider.. and at the start of the year he said the rangers would end up regretting losing the likes of jagr / shanny / straka, what does the stork man do after hearing such talk you ask?  Places a hefty future on both
