Have heard good of them and wondering if some of you could give me some +++ to book with them....such as payouts/ do they take/send cash transfers? wager limits? experiences??

I used them a few years ago, and everything was great.  Now I've tried to go back and am getting the "no U.S. customers" bit.  I posted on here a question about how to deal with this, but haven't gotten a response.

Yeah, very possible. You either need to

1. Know a agent

2. Have a good friend out of the country

3. Be very good at IP masking and have address' and or PO boxes out of the country.
