This is my first golf post. To qualify it, I'm in the golf industry but I don't work for the TOUR. I don't bet golf so take that for what it is worth.....My version of gambling with the PGA Tour is on Yahoo Fantasy Golf. I'm off to a hot start there in the top 98th percentile and top 1700 in the world....
Here is who I like this week:
Kenny Perry - defending champ. However the past 2 defending champs had a MC the next year in this event!
Brian Gay - past 3 years has finished at -9, -9 and -11. Talked to his caddie and he said it should be a solid week in Scottsdale for them.
Kevin Na - past two years he has been -12 and -13. Good place for him!
Briny Baird - good long shot pick...has finished -3, -10, -8 there past 3 years and coming off a 4th place finish in Mexico last weekend.
David Toms - has a -14, -12 and MC past 3 years...but hasn't done much yet this year.
JB Holmes - last 3 years have 2 MC and a WIN..WTF! Playing well right now though.
R.Allenby - hard to argue against this guy so far this year.
Brandt Snedeker - MC last year but he fought injury all of last year, 2 years before finished -9, -11 and has been playing well this year.
Matt Kuchar - playing well and -11 last year
John Rollins - -20, -6 and +6 past 3 years and been playing ok this year.
