5-3 ytd   31-11 lifetime in posted weather factor plays...

New Mexico @ Wyoming Saturday 2 pm EDT

New Mexico takes their inept 0-5 team up to Laramie to play WY at 6000' altitude. Current forecast calling for winds gusting to 30+ mph along with wind chill factor near zero and a 40 percent chance of snow.  Both teams not terribly stellar on offense looking at their numbers. 

A low pressure area getting cranked up just south of area will increase winds big time during the game.  I really like the time of the game also to coincide with this.

U 47 - 7 units.

GREAT info if true.  I will trust but verify.  I read some post of someone ripping guys who place action on bad weather, said it's irrelevant.  BALONEY.  Look at Neb/UM last night.  That deluge obviously affected the 1st half scoring. And I took the under.  Thanks again.

UNM offense against Tech was awful. Wyoming d had some success against Texas early, hopefully will do the same here.  My worry:  UNM's offense was teh worst I've seen since UTEP, and UTEP lit UH up, lol.

Damn man, Great write up. Good to see somebody who writes detailed info on weather. Type of weather you are talking about definitely affects scoring.

maybe I'm wrong, but it looks to me like the winds will only be around 8-10 mph w/ a few snow showers...


game starts at 12, right?  winds pick up to 20 mph by 4 or 5

Where are you seeing 30 mph wind gusts ? I see light winds at 10 mph and wind chill around 15-20. If they were playing Friday night it would be a LOT rougher.

U of New Mexico sits at 5,400 ft of elevation so that altitude won't have any affect on the Lobos.......they can suck at any elevation. I took the Lobos and the points.

On this game for the exact same reason.  Weather will certainly not help an offense that needs a lot of help for the Lobos

ITS SNOWING LIKE A MOTHER EFFER IN WYOMING! i live in colorado and its starting to snow here now...my parents are there way to see me and are stuck in wyoming because all the roads are closed....my dad says its the worst blizzard he has been in a long time...and thats coming from people that grew up in South Dakota....

 

look up the wyoming department of transportation and you will see what im talking about...may not be a game if they cant make it there....just thought i would let you all know! if you dont believe me look it up

I don't post often. Almost never do I share a pick in fear of someone tailing and losing. I just don't want that on my conscience. But from time to time I do when I feel strong about a play. I did on monday with the Vikings, I knew that would hit and I'm glad I helped people make money. Your wording and sentence structure makes me believe you feel this is a very strong play. I dont know any weather updates, but if they only score 20 total in the first half, there is still hope for the under.

 

 

I ended up not betting this game as I deemed I was to unsure about each team to wager my money on uncertainty..lol

Weather:

ANother play to look at that was a strong total play before the weather issue is taking the under in the TCU/ Air Force game. TCU is a dominant defense against the rush and that is all that Air Force does with their back up QB. The Weather is calling for a 40% chance of snow with a game time temp of 34. Not many points will go up in this game. GL
