Who am I to argue ??

CMU -15.5

CMU is clearly superior and their only appearance on national TV regular season.  Its gonna be ugly.  Lefevor looking for a chance to sell his NFL stock.

Hey Sharp...For the record, the Chippewas rout of Toledo was on ESPN a week ago...I'm also leaning heavily to CMich as well...Any weather factors for tonights games?  Looks like a light drizzle/mist with light winds...not much of an issue eh?

this is a good pick... Ball St can't hang with CMU... the only thing keeping me away right now are some trends that heavily favor Ball St due to the midweek schedule... but i'm not that big of a trend better, and the matchups favor CMU by ridiculous margins...

i see something in the 45-17 range...

Webba...must have missed that last CMU game.  Thanks.  There may be some light drizzle or rain but not enough to matter.  Winds should be no issue also.

GL tonight

I'm leaning in CMU's direction but I just want everyone to know that the same guy who predicted this blowout predicted that NIU would beat Ball St. 44-10...HOW'D THAT WORKOUT?

same writer also picked ball state to lose 41-10 at nor ill. they ahd to pull that game outta their ass 26-20. so, opinions mean squat most of the time. that being said, ball state's weak offense will wilt when under a two td pressure situation against a cylinder-clicking c-mich.

Its interesting to look at the angles of the locals when covering their home teams.  When this writer has a publicly expressed opinion that his local team will lose by 3+ TDs that does carry some weight with me.

One would think their access to the team would come at arms length or better and with that in mind would think twice about forming this opinion in the local paper.

Interesting dilemma..............same said writer predicted a NI blowout & missed. I caught a thread from someone on here that posted BS's ATS record this year & made a great point in that BS hadnt lost by more than 14 all year except to Auburn (?). So, despite their putrid record SU, their ATS wasnt all that bad & they covered vs NI.

Sooooooo.......who is really better informed? I realize that CM SHOULD blow them out, & that this line may have been tempered because of BS's ATS record. My point is, over the years, I've seen many a clown reporter. Unless a BS local can vouch for this guy I don't know how much stock I would put in his opinion.

The guys spells out his opinion and gives reasons why he thinks it will be a blow out. Of course he could be wrong. Take it for what it is worth. Information.
