Bookmaker customer service is a joke. I submitted a request and was approved for a debit card 5 weeks ago. Was constantly told "it was on the way". Today I'm told they needed additional documentation which was already sent. I'm sure I'll be waiting another 5 weeks for another round of the runaround. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I just tried to make a deposit using a visa and received an error message that my card wasn't an AMEX ? I tried again and got an error that my card wasn't a Mastercard. I've used the site about 5 times prior to make deposits and hadn't received an error. I tried to use the online chat feature but also received an erro. Anybody have any insight on what's going on with Justbet.com ?
