Pittsburgh Penguins / New Jersey Devils - Under 5.5 -121
Just wondering what everyone thinks of totals in general? Its my contention that Totals give us an advantage in wagering.Let me expand, Think of a scenario in a game that screws you out of your winner. Its easy, Hines Ward fumbles a pass the red zone and destroys the spread, but since you played the under you could care less..this is my point! Take the frustration out of it and use the steady lines and favorable prices to your advantage Imo. The only other angle to observe would be the over, witch i happen to love. What's better than rooting for scoring ??? Nothing IMO.We all have our systems and angles to play but i think in the long run totals will serve us better.Enough Bs from media outlets we cannot trust. We simply are not in the "KNOW" like some of out favorite broadcasters. If you think you know as much as Herbstreit in NCAAF your sadly mistaken.Musberger sounds like a fat cat waiting to get even fatter when he covers a contest, why ??? They know the dirt we wish we knew, that we will never know, ever, unless we become a sports trainer or local beat reporter.Think about it. If you wager on the over and something stupid happens that "should not have happened" does it affect your investment ??? probubly not....and this is my main point. Take the Bullshit out of it and ride the total at a consistently fair price. In addition to that, i understand that nothing is for certin in sports, so do not take this the wrong way. You still have to have a capping edge when making a wager, but total capping has less variables to ruin your day/night.Im currently trying a new over system in NFL wagering, and i will post here on my page the results this week so stay tuned..
