I started betting NFL last year and I wasn't too awful bad. I didn't really keep good records, but I did manage to make around $4000 for the season which is not too horrible for one year. 1. Baltimore ML (+145) @ 1 unit - I think the Eagles have too many new comers to really have a chance after only two weeks of camp. If you add that with Baltimore's preseason record over the last few years under Coach H, then I'll take Baltimore ML at this value any day of the week.
2. Baltimore / Philly Under 34 (-110) @ 1 unit - I really think you could make money by betting all 5 games under this week due to the short training camp, but I like this game the best. Baltimore plays to win preseason games and any team that puts Vince Young on the field is just in trouble.
3. New England - 3.5 (-110) @ 1 unit - The Jags will have a rookie QB on the field against the best coach in the NFL. Coach B is hands down the best coach out there and the Jags will be without their starting QB, RB, and TE which will hurt them putting any points on the board those 1st few series.
4. Denver ML (+140) @ 1 unit - Tim Tebow only knows all out and with everything going on in the media this week, he will try to keep showing his team he can lead and put points on the board. He is a competitor regardless of what type of game it is and I see them winning this outright.
5. Denver over 14.5 pts (-125) @ 1 unit - This again will be Tebow trying to win over his team and his coaches. I think they put 20 - 23 points on the board this game.
