For those of you that read this, I appreciate it.
Now let me begin by saying that I don't post my picks on here so I cannot claim to have ridiculously great record, when I have made only $1200 in nfl so far this year. Mostly, i have made this much because of my small wagering habit.
Here's my take on the colts vs jags game,
this game is eerily similar to the 2007 matchup with colts vs jags when the colts were 10-2 at the time and playing home. they had clinched first round bye and were "coasting."
Furthermore, the spread on that game was Colts -6 and o/u was 40, partly due to the assumption that Colts were going to rest players and not show up for this game.
It is very important to know that playoffs are more than 3 weeks away if you count the bye week in first round.
Here's what I am predicting will happen:
Colts will play some great football and get an early lead on the jaguars probably 21-7, then with them being up early in the first half. Colts head coach will start pulling out the players that are in need of some rest like defensive players, and some offensive players..peyton will stay in until 3rd I would think. In result, jags have more flexibility and open up pass game and run game.
I think score will probably be 24-20.
My pick: Take the Colts -3 and over 21 in the first half of this game.
BOL everyone!!
