Tennessee Tech -7.5

NC state -15.5
After the worst weekend in recent memory, I am getting back to my winning ways with a huge night.
Tons of action tonight on the hardwood including some College Hoops and a little NBA action. I have 12 games pegged as winners. Narrowing it down to my top 5 they are as follows:
Top 5 Plays:
1) Wyoming +18.0 , Wyoming is having their best year in school history, a 9-1 start and are 3-2 ATS when on the books. They are playing a very good UCLA team who is 8-1 at home. UCLA however is only 3-5 covering the number at home, due to in large part, publicly likened teams and inflated numbers. Wyoming scores almost 85/game and even UCLA's tough defense won't be able to hold them in check for 40 minutes. Wyoming rebounds the ball so well on the defensive side and I believe can hang with UCLA...... for some time. UCLA wins SU but comes no where close to this number.
2) Hofstra - 4.5 , This game will be decided in one word.. REBOUNDING. Iona cannot match up against the big men of Hostra and will own the glass on both O and D, factor in a better record and homecourt, this one won't be close. Hofstra wins in a blowout.
3) Wisconsin +1.5 , Does anyone realize how good the Badgers are in their house? Yea they are pretty damn good, had a huge streak broken, only to come back this year and bust off their first 8. They are 21-3 in their last 24. Texas is a good team, but so is Wisconsin. I am taking home court and the fact Wisconsin never loses in their house. They win a squeaker.
4) Butler- Xavier Over 127 , Butler averages 9 trays/ game and can shoot the lights out when they want to. Both of these teams average near 70 a game and although they both play pretty stingy D, this is a meaningful game and I predict a high tempo game, especially in the first half which will push this game over. I see a final score of something like 70-66.
5) Phi- Bos Under 194 , 18 in a row? Wow, something has to give right?? Not tonight, not against the 76ers. However, I can see Boston being lulled asleep by a team that simply cannot score on the road. Philly comes into Boston carrying their 30th ranked road scoring up against Boston's 4th ranked home defense. Set your alarm for the 4th quarter, just in time to wake up and see Boston win 92-76.
Other plays to consider:
Was +6
Indiana -3.5
Cleveland -7.5
Utah -1.5
Butler +8
Port St +21
Central Michigan -4.5
I am not sure who or what percentage is documented as the best of all time. I am young, ambitious and skilled. I have never had a losing season since I started 3 years ago. In fact in one of my accounts, I have had numerous withdrawals on the same $100.00 I originally put in the account. I only started documenting my picks 2 months ago when I found out about this site. Now, every game I actually wager on, I pick on here as well. Through my first 100 ATS games, I am 67%. I know, everyone is going to say " do it over a larger number of games", so I will. I will not, can not, will never ever be under 60% over a season. I am on my way to becoming the best of all time. Don't believe me??? Stay tuned. I have some College hoops on the go tonight for anyone interested. I am playing 7 games, which is a lot more than usual. After running the table last night in a 4-0 robbery of the books, I am feeling a little hot streak creeping up, combine that with a few inflated sides and you have yourself a delicious night in college hoops. Here are your winners:
Cincy - 4.5
With almost identical records and similar numbers, I like the team that plays better defense ( give up under 60/ game ) and on home court. Cincy is 6-1 at home and will and cover the 4.5 tonight.
Evansville + 29.0
Psst, Psst, Psst ....... That is the sound of this line being inflated to all of the tar heel band wagoners. Is UNC a good team, no they are great. But Evansville has been playing some pretty decent ball. Does this mean I am playing Evansville on moneyline? Haha of course not, but I will take almost 30 points as I think Evansville can keep it within 20.
Iona +4.0
I really hate taking CBB road dogs under 5 points, simply because home court has such a huge effect on the outcome of games, those 18-5 runs happen a lot more oftern on homecourt. However, I really like this Iona team. They are 4-1 ATS when on the books and like to play in close, low scoring games. Western can't light up the scoreboard like a few of the teams Iona has lost to and I think this is going to be a very tight low scoring game, therefore I am taking the 4 points and the dog.
Troy -1.0
I have not been following this Troy team too closely. I however know that Florida atlantic is 1-6 on the road and lost to a couple bad teams. Troy has lost 3 in a row and scores over 75 a game. I like Troy to score a win from a terrible road team and win SU, therefore covering the 1 point.
South Alabama -3.5 --------> Pick of the night
I am a little confused with this line. SO. Alabama is a better team, they score more, rebound better, shoot a much higher FG percentage, own a better record against the same quality opponents, are on home court yet they are only receiving a 3.5 line?? In their last 3 home games, they have won by an average of 18 points. Merry Christmas to you too bookie.
Mississippi +15.5
I love the Louisville Cardinals and love the way they play. I am actually a little timid in taking the dogs here, but my numbers don't lie. Once again I think the books are blowing air into this line and I can't help myself but to take the value it appears to be offering. I like the dogs to put up 65+ tonight, therefore squeaking in under the 15.5.
UC Riverside -1.0
Think defense, this game will be extremely low scoring. Both teams can tighten up and both can rebound on the defensive side of the ball which should equate to a close game. Montana is hot and coming off an impressive win at Fresno State. This one could go either way, but I like home teams in this type of game, with this low a line.
Hello to all. After a back and fourth Sunday in the NFL, I am looking ahead to some winners this evening. After going 1-3 in the early NFL games, I rebounded late to end at 4-4.
The NBA has a number of promising games tonight and I am going to play 4 of them plus the MNF side as well.
Indiana +1.5
The pacers have lost 6 in a row and look to get back on track tonight vs a terrible Wizards squad. They have given up 100+ in 7 of their last 8 and have actually found some big unlikely scoring from players like Granger and Ford. Lucky for them Washington has only 4 wins and I see a better pacers team winning tonight.
Utah +9.0
When opponents hold Boston to under 100 points, the opponents do very well ATS. I feel as if Utah is a team who can do exactly that. They are among the top 10 in almost every defensive category and although they come into Boston's house tonight, I think they have a legitimate shot of winning this game. Utah is 7-3 coming off a loss and factor in Boston has won 14 straight, something has to give eventually. I see some serious value in Utah ML and love the 9 points.
Sacramento -4.0
Sacramento is bad, Minnesota is worse. Both teams have only put together 10 wins between both and there isn't much hope this year for either squad. I feel that Sacramento is less worse ( if that is even a phrase ), combined with the fact that they are on home court ( 1,000 attendance hopefully ) I think they should be able to get the job done and cover the 4.
Minnesota/ Sacramento Under 200.5
I am also playing the total for this game. When 2 bad teams play each other, the 2 minute scoring droughts can turn into 5 minutes. Minnesota only averages 95 and Sacramento 97. This line opened at 203 and although the public has drastically beat the number down, I still will play the under as I don't think either team will reach 100.
MNF - Eagles -14
The browns haven't scored a TD in 3 games. They are starting their 3rd string Qb and the eagles have one of the most aggressive defenses in the league. They are playing desperate ball trying to keep their slim hopes alive for the playoffs and this one shouldn't be close. It will be a long night for Dorsey as he will probably be eating grass on more than a couple occasions and should run his INT total up a few tonight. Eagles win a blowout 38-10.
