I started this off as a response to thatsagoodone plays, but it got long so I decided to start a new topic.
New Jersey has had a nice break to think about the loss to Washington at home, and you would think they would come to play tonight with the break. I know this isn't the same team last year, but I was on the wrong side of a play last year very similiar to this game last year, and I thought Nets would bounce back. Here was the stretch
This is my oh crap I just got home from a long road trip, played 1 game and now I have to travel and play another game play on the road. I looked at every single game last year where teams played 3+ road games then returned home. Then I looked at their record in a back to back that happened in the next week.
07
24-36-2 (3+ Road, H, Then first B2B < 7 days)
13-21 Eastern coference teams same criteria
3-8 In division with same criteria
Not much to go off that is eye popping, but then looked at 3+ Home Games 1 Home then the next game was a ROAD B2B. This only happend 7 times all of last year. Probably cause it sucks. Teams were 1-6 ATS. That is something I can run with.
In 08
5-6 (3+ Road, H, Then first B2B < 7 days)
0-3 Eastern coference teams same criteria
2-2 In division with same criteria
1-2 3+ Home Games 1 Home then the next game was a ROAD B2B.
Tonight the Bulls play Milwaukee (not to far of a commute but it still sucks. This game falls under 3 criterias Eastern Conference game in the division with 3+ Home Games 1 Home then the next game was a ROAD B2B.
Bulls beat the Bucks in the opening game of the season against former coach Scott Skilles and knowing Skilles because he used to coach the Bulls; he wants this game. This is the same man that tried to fight Shaq. Milwaukee is on a 4 game losing streak. 2nd game in a row the Bulls have faced teams with 4 game skids.
My play MIL -4
