I commented on another post but realized it was the wrong place. Last year I opened an account with Sportsbook and deposited $5,000. I've had a great experience with them so far, at least until it was time to withdraw. The account has grown to about $9,000 and I thought I would withdraw the gains and keep working.
Well, they don't want me to withdraw. I don't want their checks after hearing nightmare stories, so I've insisted on a wire transfer. Well, for 60 days now I've been trying to get a wire transfer, and as far as I can tell, they're not going to and never will. I've done enough wire transfers to know they're instant when they're legitimate, and any talk of 8 to 10 days means they're just dragging their feet.
Yeah, I've got offshore accounts with banks from Dubai to Uruguay and so I know how offshore stuff works too, but 60 days is absurd.
So I've stopped betting, so at least the account doesn't grow any more.
Anyone have any ideas? I guess I've just now realized that beating all the idiot gamblers is the easy part, getting my !@#$%&* money is the hard part.
