Hey guys,
I've been around the forums for a while, but can you guys tell me who are some strong names to back in this MLB forum? Usually branch out on my own in the MLB.
Thanks!
So I have a teaser going of Kentucky 2.5/UNC +7? Obviously, it's now down to UNC +7.
My question is do I hedge my bet and play the Kansas ML smaller and try and hit the 6 point window to middle and win both?
Thanks!
Has anyone seen an opening FSU-Miami line yet?
Thanks!
Another 1-1 night:
Kentucky -19
Kentucky hit relatively easily and was an easy cover.
Monmouth +11
I reached with this pick in retrospect and Robert Morris was ready to play last night.
My first play today is:
Indiana State +13
Wichita has yet to cover this big of a number vs them in the 2 games against them this season, winning by 10 on the road and by 5 at home. Couple that with the fact that Indiana State played yesterday and knows the hoops and that Wichita is overvalued now since they are getting huge media love. This line should be more like 10. This game could come down to the wire.
Best of luck to all and more plays wil be coming, looking to heat up again after going 2-2 the last 2 days.
Last night:
St. Bonaventure -3
Nebraska -1.5
Nice 2OT cover from the Bonnies after that bet looked dead a few times. Nebraska hung for a half but never really came to play in the 2H.
Tonight's card is:
Kentucky -19
We all know how good this Kentucky team is and I expect a very similar game to the MD@UNC game last night. This is senior night for Kentucky (which doesn't mean much for this young team), but will have the crowd at Rupp amped. Georgia already lost to this team by 13 at home and struggles mightily on the road. I'm concerned the Wildcats could be looking ahead to their game in the Swamp this weekend, but with the way the Gators have been playing, they may be thinking they will cruise on Saturday.
I like the Wildcats to grind away at the Bulldogs and to win this game by about 25 points (85 to 60).
Monmouth +11
Monmouth has won 8 of their last 10 following an overtime defeat to Robert Morris earlier in the year. This is a team that was horrid to start the season but has pulled a complete 180 and has learned how to win down the final 10 games of the season. I expect Robert Morris to win, but not by the number. I expect Monmouth to hang and I wouldn't be shocked if they pulled the upset.
Best of luck to all and let's stay hot!!!
