For all you that participate in the Wagerline Streak Survivor contest, I am on a streak of 8 (and actually only missed 1 of last 15 - besides the point), but after much deliberation I'm going with the Oilers and Coyotes UNDER 5.5 for tonights matchup, hoping to get my Covers cap.
What does the forum think of this play?
What was that song/instrumental they were just playing on the broadcast intro?
Thanks!
Took the first week off to analyze some teams before I started to post. Now that we are on to Week 2, on to tonight's play:
Pitt +7 (bought the hook to push a TD loss)
Let me preface this by saying, I'm a Pitt homer as it is my father's alma mater. That being said, I truly believe that last week was a fluke for the Panthers. Of course you don't want to start off with a loss to Youngstown State, but that led to a hard week of practice and will refocus the boys that probably came into last's Saturday's game overconfident. This will be Cincy's first game and they are breaking in a new starting QB and RB. I really don't like Munchie Legaux and I think he could throw a few picks that lead to Pitt points the other way. While Sunseri for Pitt is capable of sucking just as bad, I think Pitt has the better D. Ray Graham is an absolute monster and should have a solid not after recovering from last year's knee injury. I expect a similar result to last year's 26-23 game that Cincy won. At the original -4 line, I thought about taking the Bearcats, but at a full touchdown, give me the Panthers all day.
Best of luck boys and let's keep crushing those books!
Welcome back to another NFL season boys!
Tonight's play:
Dallas Cowboys +4
I like the Cowboys tonight with the spread being over a FG. I think this is a tight one throughout that I could see the Cowboys stealing at the end. The Giants are thin in the secondary and I think Austin and Dez can exploit it. Romo could have a big day. Romo is relative mobile enough to avoid the Giants pass rush. I expect the Giants to be right there but I think the Cowboys steal it late on a big play from Dez Bryant.
Good luck to all and let's have a great NFL year!
Got the ultimate moose job in Milwaukee last night, but those things happen. Another 3-2 night. Gonna post these quick and see if i can get write up's in before they start. I am still in the office for my "day job".
Tonight:

Yankees RL -1.5 (-145)
Red Sox -175
Dbacks-Cincy Under 8 (-120)
Rays -150
Rockies -115
GOOD LUCK ALL!
