Thursday o/u kicked my azz... I took the Canucks puck-line to the Sharks and the over for $5o last night and that was my only hit out if 4 plays bet. I'm pretty lame about laying out my action beforehand so I always bet at the counter and later see my mistakes. I like talent and not teams necessarily so I'm pretty biased about all of the games I wager. One of my friends used to be a ticket writer and she loves hockey and she was really hot too. But I would pick the teams give her the list and she would make parlays for me and it kicked azz. The they closed the book and she went to cock-tail waitressing I miss those days. Winners we need winners.... Who says making money isn't easy? It's a 50/50 pick of chance don't cloud it with the + $ next to it... Be patient and pick winners

I think the Flyers have what it takes to exorcise the Devils in their own house. And I was thinking the Wings are due for a good win? What the hell happened to the Wings? Okay they lost Holmstrom (probably the best net presence in the last 20 years or so) and then Lidstrom (surprising wings defense can't play anything like the man) and with the exception of a few losses to the line-up... Why does this team struggle so? This is where Babcocks is going to be put under the microscope and well see if he truly knows how to coach players back to their winning ways. This Stanley cup team was given to him, like a kid who inherited his dads hot-rod, now lets see if he knows how to maintain it. Detroit better find someone who's got the balls to get in front of the net and take Holmstroms spot. Or find someway to get Zetterberg to be the offensive juggernaut that he isn't. When Bertuzzi gets back this team will get a little better because he will help the middle but their is no depth in the centr
