Not many posts this season from me, but today was one I couldn't pass up.
Hawaii (11-8) at Utah St. (10-10)
Hawaii Warriors have never won in Logan (0-6) and today gets no easier (Hawaii is 2-3 on the road this season), but with a team that is finally at full strength and playing well together with a healthy Miah Ostrowski and Zane Johnson, this team is very different than the team that dropped one at home against La Tech.
The Aggies are scoring an average of nearly 70 points a game and Hawaii is scoring 67 points a game on the road. Hawaii is fielding one of the best teams that local fans have seen in sometime and I really like coach Arnold's approach to each game. Players play hard and know that they can be yanked at any time if that changes, and I love that.
The lined opened at -8 (2 points off IMO) but has since been bet up to -9.5 at most places. Utah State's home record of 8-2 this season is enough to make the smallest of gamblers ride it out and take the Aggies, but Hawaii has been on a tear of 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games. I believe the line should be about -6 or -7 for the Aggies and will play a small ML bet on Hawaii as well.
TAKING HAWAII as Road Dogs +9.5 for 7 units!
